Fully Equipped Stainless Steel Distributor - Manifold Kit

The distributor - manifold kit or assembly is used in underfloor heating systems, but it can also be used in radiator heating systems.

Components:

  • a distributor with regulating valves and flow indicator - flow meter.
  • a manifold with thermostatic valves allowing the mounting of a thermoelectric actuator on each valve

  • Stainless steel distributor - manifold Kit D1”x 3/4” and Eurocon outputs with fully equipped flowmeters
  • they are made of high-quality stainless-steel type AISI 304
  • adjustment on each circuit using flow meters
  • possibility of mounting the thermoelectric actuator for the automation of the installation
  • number of ways: 2 - 12
  • equipped with fill/drain valves, automatic air vents and valve

Connecting the circuits to the distributor - manifold kit

  • Install at 40 - 90 cm above the ground.
  • Fit the isolation valves to the ends of the distributor - manifold kit bars
  • Loosen the return valve cover to open all circuits to be used
  • Remove the plastic cover of the flowmeters
  • Fully open the flowmeter
  • Loosen the connection between the pipes and the manifolds
  • Secure the nut, the brass ring and end part of the eurocon connector
  • Tighten the connection between the connector and the manifolds

Filling the manifolds with water

  • Fill the distributor and the hydraulic system with water using the filling valve
  • Fill the distributor and the hydraulic system with water using the filling valve
  • Check the tightness of the circuits, close the isolation valves and increase the pressure to 6 bar and hold it for 24 hours using the test pump by means of the filling/drain valve.
  • If the pressure remains the same after 24 hours, lower the pressure to 1-1,5 bar using the drain valve.
  • Adjust the flow rate for each circuit according to the design flow rate, by checking the guide line of the flowmeter
  • If the pressure drops, check all connections and all circuits.
